Bridal Boot Camp - We empower brides-to-be to meet their
health and fitness goals in order to look great, but more
importantly to FEEL great, for their wedding day and beyond!
We offer the most comprehensive bridal boot camps. Our
trainers hold a Certified Strength & Conditioning
Specialists (CSCS) license through the National Sports
Conditioning Association, Kick Boxing Certifications through
the International Sports Conditioning Association as well as
CPR certifications.
Event Planners Tampa Bridal Boot-Camp offers brides-to-be a
unique fitness and health program to help them look their
best for their big day. E.P.T. Bridal Boot-camp is unlike
any other boot-camp or fitness program in the Tampa Bay
area. It consists of a small group of women (10 maximum) who
can relate to the ups and downs of planning a wedding from
the latest gossip about where to find the greatest (and
cheapest) dresses to their annoyances with the caterers
charging too much! What an awesome gift for your
brides-maids! Choose from Individual sessions, Entire bridal
party or mixed group sessions (up to 8).
Event Planners Tampa Bridal Boot-camp consists of cardio
training (walking/running, cardio kickboxing, team sports,
stair climbing, etc.), strength training (a full array of
upper and lower body exercises to strengthen and tone), and
flexibility work-outs (stretching, yoga). These combined
routines will help brides and brides-maids reach their
individual fitness goals.
We recommend either our 12 or 16 week programs. However, we
do have shorter sessions if you’re in a crunch for time.
Event Planners Tampa Bridal Boot-Camp includes the fitness
components described above but also offers additional
sessions regarding proper nutrition and diet do’s and
don’ts. This portion of our program helps clients prepare
for life changing healthy eating habits and regulate their
meals to curb hunger. (Additional charges apply for this
service)
We also offer personal training services for the long term
of just getting in shape. You can either train in our
facility or we can come to you. Call today our sessions fill
